As long as you don't use EmuNAND that'll work. Chances are you don't use EmuNAND as it hasn't been recommended for years, you do if there's a second partition on the SD that computers can't read.

I've recently had troubles with starting several of my TV/internet video recordings uploaded on OK, after years of doing it without any trouble.
I either get:
1) memory shortage errors from the mediaplayer integrated in the n3DS' web browser no matter how mucr'h time I redid the uploads, for films or videos that are sometimes only 70mn long when I had no trouble with my own or others' videos that ran up to 2 and half an hour if not more until now.
2) a 032-2902 error code.
Does anyone know where this could come from? Might the console internal memory be damaged and reduced?

One more question, when i start some games they say a software-update is available. I always cancel this. Can i update or not? Is it an update for the game or update for the firmware?

The update is for the game you're about to launch. It's okay to let it download.
Wouldn't work for out-of-region games though (they'll error out).
I cant go to deep in detail into the law. But as basic: The cia has removed DRM so its forbidden to give it away. Because of Rightmanagement your not allowed to copy or modify the gamesoftware you purchased and give it someone else.
The cartrige/software is protected and cant be copied without special knowlage. So this can be lend to a friend without problems. But in case you give it finally away,e.g. by selling or gifting, you have to give the backup also to this person or have to deleting it.

What about it? The legalities you're asking about is more of an "is it morally correct to keep the game image even after not owning the cartridge" than will i get in trouble if i do so (or will Nintendo ban your account/ system).. As the latter scenario won't happen.
It's up for you to decide when it comes to the moral side.

FTPD can not connect with my PC on the file explorer, it says it goes into "Passive mode", but it wont show contents of the microSD card. I basically have the same problem as seen here: https://github.com/mtheall/ftpd/issues/151
Please forgive what will probably sound like a stupid question. But I just modded my two N3DS’s (successfully) using the 3ds.hacks.guide. But now what? I’m lost.
My problem is, the Universal Updater has tons of apps and stuff, but I don’t have the first clue HOW to USE them. Or even install them.
The hacking tutorial was so well detailed, but I can’t find any info on how to use all the APPS it has. In fact, I don’t even know the difference between Rosalina and Twilight…or even how to access their menus.
Is there a place where we can learn what all of this software and apps DO and how to actually USE them?
Or info about Rosalina or Twilght or Luma? (or whatever menu we’re supposed to be using)
The hacking worked perfectly, but after that, I’m totally lost.
I did joined the Discord server, and I checked all the channels, but all I find there is info about the actual hacking process. Nothing about what to do after that.

From Universal-Updater installing is generally as simple as clicking on it and picking the format you want. It'll let you know if there's any additional steps needed at the end of the installation.
For how to use apps, their READMEs and wikis are usually helpful, the Universal-DB website has links to those for most apps, the README is with the source code.
In general: 3DSX files are loaded from the Homebrew Launcher, CIA files are loaded from the HOME Menu, NDS (or DSI) files are loaded from TWiLight Menu++, and FIRMs are loaded from the Luma chainloader (hold START on boot)
TWiLight Menu++ is run from your HOME Menu like any other CIA app, if you don't see it reboot as DSiWare apps aren't always picked up right away.
The Rosalina menu is assessed at any time (in 3DS mode) with L + down + SELECT (unless you change the combo). Rosalina is a part of Luma, Luma is just kinda a background thing that modifies the firmware to allow homebrew, along with some features like the Rosalina menu.

Oh wow...it's scary to see how many people install the stuff on the console, but still have no idea what exactly they are doing....
You use them by installing and booting them. Most of the apps inside this homebrew store are either .3dsx or .cia files. And most of them have a little description what they are and what they do. These .3dsx are executables (like .exe for windows) for the homebrew launcher while the .cia files are being installed with fbi (that's a title installer) for example. When you downloaded the .cia file, the universal updater install these iirc so that they appear on your home screen. These are apps like real 3ds games. You just start them normally like a normal 3ds game
You've got something mixed up there. Twilight Menu and Rosalina are two completely different things. Rosalina is a custom sysmodule with a myriad of features for both developer and end user convenience, available once the 3DS is booted. TWiLight Menu++ is an open-source DSi Menu upgrade/replacement (it's not an emulator) for the Nintendo DSi, the Nintendo 3DS, and Nintendo DS flashcards.
Then you didn't read the 3ds guide completely. The finalizing page should answer a few of your questions (how to install .cia files, how to access the rosalina menu etc.).
The luma wiki is a good start for beginners
