I just want Ship of Harkinian to coombine both the OoT proper and Master Quest, like how the 3DS version had them both in the same game (and I suppose that GameCube disc as well, though they were still separate roms within the .iso so that's not quite the same). I would think that being decompiled it should be possible to offer an option when you start your save file of which mode you'd like to play.

Same, also enabling the boss rush through Link's House would be a neat feature to have as well.

I believe the ending was a reveal that Master Quest is indeed included, as it showed the cows in Jabu Jabu's Belly and that's only in the Master Quest version as I recall (such an odd defining feature of that version of the game).

Could also be Ura Quest, but I think Master Quest is the most obvious one (I did mention it when updating the OP).
Nice to see that at least more versions of OoT are being added. Hopefully in the future we can play all versions in a single game.

Yeah, I'm unclear if they're saying Master Quest can be baked right into the same release and you choose your mode when you start a new game or if there is just a separate build you can do of Master Quest. Really really hoping its the former.

I wish this project would shift over to using the decompilation project as the source instead, so people wouldn't have to hunt down some obscure dev ROM.
Isn't the dev rom what allows for all those "Cheat" like features to begin with? It's basically like a debug mode. Like that one cheat in the sega genesis sonic games where you can put a bunch of stuff anywhere. :P

I don't know exactly, but just assume that's the case since why else would it use a dev rom. :ninja:

It's what they call the Subscreen menu where you equip items and such I believe
I swear that it was called "Items" in OoT3D, alongside "Gear" for the ammo upgrades and Heart Piece screen. Not sure about OoT64, as I've never played that polygonal original (in all fairness, why would I when 3D has the extra polish, including Hover/Iron Boots on buttons and more helpful Water Temple?).
So how'd "Kaleidoscope" come about? Weird choice.

Both Switch and Wii U are now officially part of SoH.

It does though?
If you check the decomp repo:
The only build currently supported is Master Quest (Debug), but other versions are planned to be supported.

It builds the following ROM:
  • zelda_ocarina_mq_dbg.z64 md5: f0b7f35375f9cc8ca1b2d59d78e35405

Additionally to the decomp, SoH also supports a "Ocarina of Time PAL GameCube" rom.
