The steam page says it cost since Februar `22 officially 4€UR/5USD, but appear still as free in the search.

You can claim this game still for free by :
Login to your steam account in the browser and write in the url line javascript:AddFreeLicense(343582,"Zombie Shooter: Ares Virus"). "javascript:" needs maybe rewritten manually. Hit Enter and the added game dialog appears.

Or if your steam account is linked to steamdb.info. Login to your steam account in the browser, open another tab with steamdb.info. Get to the game and hit the install button.
