I tried to update ReinX from 2.2 to 2.4 by overwriting the files on the MicroSD card. Now when I go to launch my games it either says ' could not start the software. please try again from the HOME menu' or 'Corrupted data has been detected. Please run a check for corrupt data.'
I've copied all files off the MicroSD card and started with a fresh card with only ReinX on it. I've deleted the games off my home menu and tried to reinstall it however it fails with: "failed to import ticket! This is usually caused by missing sigpatches for your firmware or corrupted ticket database.'

Can someone help with what I should do now please?

First things first, make a backup of your saves with checkpoint.
You said that you experienced issues after applying the latest reinx update right?
Have you tried switching to atmosphere instead?

I just formatted the card and tried running a fresh Atmosphere 0.9.4 but the same issues with the same error codes still occurs.
I restored a copy of my ReinX 2.2 prior to the upgrade and things are now running ok.
I'm not too sure what i'm doing wrong with upgrades.

The atmosphere guide I followed was: https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/

delete the ticket files inside of SYSTEM/save partition.
file name:
80000000000000e1
80000000000000e2

It's 100% safe to delete the files as the system will create a clean ones during the next reboot.

Hope it will help.

i'm having a bit of trouble deleting this. When I use tinfoil to navigate to the directory, i can find the two files within System/Save/Save but when I go to delete it, it throws out an error code: 2000-0000 and I need to reboot
when i use GoldLeaf or nxmtp, i can navigate to System/Save and file some files but I don't see 80000000000000e1 or 80000000000000e2
