Splatoon 3 online on CFW?

Hello,

I was wondering is there a way to play this online? Or do we have to wait until Switch LAN Play has been updated?
I know the game just released but I was wondering.

Not on official server. you will just get banned not having a clean nand.

Only with people using LAN play, not official server.

Nintendo now bans everyone with cfw, even when the cfw was only used with NRO?

Homebrew have moderated chance, but if he play with a pirated copy he would get banned, if he was playing with a pirated copy may as well play on a clean NAND with own copy of the game.

im playing splat3 fine online with cfw rn soooo ig just don't do something dumb and you will be find

they're playing online in cfw with a legit copy they bought. you can do that with minimal risk, assuming you arent cheating. but trying to take a pirated version online will get you banned..

The golden rule and safest way is to keep legit game on clean sysnand and all mods on a separate emunand plus SD cards are so cheap nowadays
