In the dl link there is a text file that includes all the new settings and what they do, I'll write here the most useful ones.

//remove blurry bilinear filter
VideoLinear = 0

There is also an improved widescreen correction mode, to account for disabling bilinear, it will now scale using VI.
When resetting, loading, or saving a state it will ask if you really want to do that.
And as you can see from the video, skip-menu has been improved to not show the menu, and go straight to the game.

I see that this release was finally shared after 3 years of knowing its existence. Now, out of curiosity, why wasn't the source never shared?

. I mean, this could have benefited the whole community by implementing it in WiiSXRX.

yeah i would like to see this added ti wiisxrx atleast the screen tear colution... no idea why he never made a source code post so others cant implement them :S heck even if this was on github one could see what changes were made.

you can simply replace the boot dol on any fowarder and it will work lol but yeah for me its not worth using this since the compatibility is lower due to this being based on a very old wiisx release.

hello. I have made a wiisx silver compatibility list of games that play really well on the emulator, all with music. I have used the testers psp bios. limit fps auto and frame skip off. dynarec and launch the bios. dithering off. 4.3. all put in the sd. remember that to get 240p you have to put 4 in the videomode value (videomode=4... 0 is by default) that you will find in wiisx/settings.cfg on your sd. a greeting

Thanks. This emulator is the best for those who play on CRT TV, because of the 240p support.

It also does not have a bilinear filter among other things and that makes the games as sharp and bright as they are running on an original ps1. SuperrSonic is a genius

Yep, you're right.
One of these goals of WiiSXRX which @niuus told in his GitHub (http://github.com/niuus/WiiSXRX) was including/having native 240p support.
And if SuperrSonic shared its source code for WiiSX Silver, for sure these will be used for insert these features and fixes to WiiSXRX:

Native 240p support

No more constant screen tearing

Settings for force 240p video mode (VideoMode = 4), Scale horizontally to fill 720 (VideoWidth = 2), automatically adjusts the Wii's FB (framebuffer) to match the game's resolution (VideoFb = 1), and remove blurry bilinear filter (VideoLinear = 0)

An improved widescreen correction mode, to account for disabling bilinear, it will now scale using VI. When resetting, loading, or saving a state it will ask if you really want to do that.

WiiFlow compatible, by adding some code and skip-menu improved for to not show the menu and for autoboot games on startup.

Ok so these values are recognized by wiisxrx now or not?

As I added them to my config and there is still filtering present.
