SD Card is ok, you can enter godemode9, now you can try to solve the main problem that the system boots to homemenu.
Try the mentioned steps above.

I might think, you can also install the luma.firm to CTR-Nand and check if the system boots without SDCard to home menu.

In worst case if all nothing helps, you are able to reflash a Nand backup by godemode9. Or doing a CTR-Transfer.

I don’t quit get how I can but luma firm to ctr band, but is there a way where I can make boot up 100% even if it’s removes all files or no?

We cant clearly say where the error is, so there is no direct 100% solution without losing data. We have only some options to try to identify and solve the problem.

EDIT: If you want a fast 100% solution and dont care about your data. You should have a previous created Nand backup of your Nand and reflash it.

You can write the luma firm to CTR- Nand using this 3DS hacks guide following section VI. To do this you must have gm9/scripts/GM9Megascript.gm9 on your Card. If the 3DS boots to homemenu only without SDCard, some files in the Nintendo 3DS folder are corrupted. Delete it if you dont care about the data and let the 3DS create a new one.

test finished
I’m just back In godmode
Format the sd card as Fat32 32kb cluster size, then copy the Luma3DS files to the root of the sdcard. Don't copy the other stuff just yet.
It should boot into Luma3DS Menu once you insert the sd card and power on the system, make sure "show user nand string.." is checked and press "start". See if it boots to the home menu or if it gives you anything like an Arm11 error, black screen, fading blue light..

It boot up to Luma, then I hit start and went to black screen
Ok. See if you can boot into the recovery mode with the button combo "A+R+L+Up(Dpad)" and update the system even if it's on the latest firmware.
If it doesn't boot to it, try powering the system without an sd, and see if it takes you to the home menu..

@CoolMe He will not able to boot into homemenu without SDCard, because he dont have boot.firm on CTR-Nand. He already tryed once. Or he has followed the guide and has installed it now.

using a script to put luma on the ctrnand is no longer necessary. with luma 11.0, it does that automatically when you boot up the system with sd card in.

If he was using an older Luma3DS version he has to do it manually ( Luma3DS ctrnand). With Luma3DS v11.0 it does it on its own. I'm not sure what version he was using that's why i told him to copy the latest Luma3DS and go from there..

Ya, no problem, my sorry. But It will not break anything.

In this case that you getting still a black screen you have this options:
-Try again to enter the recovery menu and run a update.
- Or if u have a previous Nandbackup, reflash it with godemode9.
- Else you need to do a CTR-Nand transfer with gm9, but the latest guide offers only CTR-Nand version 11.15. And the latest firmware is 11.16, so iam not sure if it breaks something if you had been on this latest version.
- Last chance would be a CTRTranfer with decrypt9 methode. But it also requires a CTR- Nand wich is not available on latest version atm.
