Second the diagnosis, run h2testw on the SD card and if you can start the system with other card or no card
The SD-Card has a fat32 filesystem which is not a journaling FS like ntfs and repairs errors by its self. So, first run Powershell chkdsk X: /r, it will correct filesystem errors an remap bad-sectors and also restores data from them. Else you might get false positive. Then in addition you can run h2testw to perform a full write/read test, but backup the data before.

Then for sure you didnt have written the luma boot.fim inside your CTR-Nand by this 3DS hacks guide Section VI.
Check Your SD Card like i mentioned with chkdsk and try it out. If still errors appear, backup your card, format the drive, copy everything back and get latest versions of the needed .firm files like luma and gm9.

Ok, where did you got the qr code from..? Or you crashed the installation process somehow...
You can try, if you care about your data:
- Is the blue light on and blinking when it stays on the black screen?
- There is a recovery menu, but you want be able to enter it by holding A+R+L+Up(DPad) on boot, because of missing boot.firm on CTR-Nand.
- Remove everything from the card by moving it to PC (backup), only put latest luma boot.firm on the card and try if it boots to home menu.

While downloading it crashes I would say so yeah, the blue light stays on no blinking. But before it used to turn on for a sec blue light comes out then fades away and trying the a+r+l d pad does not work stays on black screen. I will try those suggestions below ty
Seems correct. Not sure why it says 63G there.. Still, continue checking the sd card with h2testw.
