You cant, only if you have a 3dsx file in a homebrew folder. Then you would be able to create a custom forwarder with 3dsx launcher loader. With custom pic, banner and music.

This doesn't really have any clear instructions on adding sound, I've already tried this tutorial too and it doesn't work, maybe because im trying to put music on a 3dsx launcher cia instead of a normal one or something (that contains an app)
If u try to create a forwarder by 3dsx launcher loader then just replace the dummy files of the banner, music and icon. If the 3dsx wont load try the v1.0 on rinnegatamantes site.

I installed the file but the banner and music did not get the new image files I put in the files folder

I did this once for Open Lara. I think i used the 1.0 because the 1.1 resulted cia wont work like in your case. Because there are no specification given for the input files. Best use the dummy given file size and format.
