Wii wad music extraction

I have extracted all the audio from a Wii wad, and all the music files are just the sound effects and the sound files to make a song. It is put together using script, but I don't know how to do that yet with windows. Do you know what to do.

You can't provide links like that here. Try to ask your questions in a generalized fashion, like: I have files with these extension, extracted with such software, and now I need to know how to put them together.

I want to know why I can't post links I was just trying to give people the files if they want Is it copy right. If it is I forgot about copy right. And I did extract the files but the sound effects are what that is

You seem new here.
Let me just tell you some relevant things:
New accounts can't post links
Posting links to copyrighted software, like pirated games, goes against the rules and is known as "warez".
-Mod snip- in your post just means a site moderator removed part of your post.

Just say what game you extracted the sounds from, and with what tool. That way, people can re-create your setup without needing to spread warez around.
