Does anyone remember this old PC game? It's about whether we can build our own store chain, sell clothes, put clothes together on shelves, then some mysteries also happened if I remember correctly, I think it will come out sometime in 2001-2002 but I'm sure.

That is a curious mash up of genres there, timeline even more so. No particular answer but feel like wittering anyway.

Shopkeeper simulators are fairly well represented. I much prefer the modern ones but was still an option back then.
PC would also have been home to the murder-mystery, point and click, hidden object minigame... type thing as handhelds, flash games and then phones had not taken over.
Life simulators (which is where I might expect to find this sort of event crossover thing commonly distracting from the main game) were also just about on the scene but still in somewhat early days (give or take some things in the Amiga and early PC world then 2007-2013 and a more modern revival being the heyday).

2001-2002 would be before the big trend for smashing genres into each other though.

Similarly 2001-2002 would have been early days of the internet at home still and if you were in Norway back then I am not sure what would have filtered down.

Good luck. Hopefully the combo is unique enough to have someone come up with a suggestion, and speaking of suggestions I thought a better title would be the order of the day.
