1. Switch on the 3ds
2. Launch download play
When in the homebrew menu open rosalina
Select miscellaneous
3. Press the a button on switch hb title to current one
4. Select save settings.
5. Close the hb channel and then reload the download play app and it will be back to normal.
Do the same instructions to get the homebrew channel back lol.
Even easier would be to just install the dedicated homebrew channel launcher as found on the 3ds hacks guide as no need to change back and forth when you want to use the dp app.

Just made the change painlessly. I didn't even know there was a homebrew launcher cia.
There's no Primal Palkia in the vanilla games so you must be using a hack/mod.. I can't help you with that, you need to ask the modder or it's mod/hack page about the matter..

Is it safe to assume for GBA, SNES, GBC and those types of systems the best way to run them is to inject them as a CIA on the 3DS w/CFW?
Twilight menu should really only be used for DS games right ( cause you can't inject as a CIA I thought )?

GBA you could use open_agb_firm to launch gba roms instead of injects.
GBC you could use mGBA (Emulator) i think..
SNES there's a Snes9x fork, i think it's pretty good though i don't use it..
You could use forwarders like YANBF if you want. Though there's a title limit to how much you can install..
Because a Emulator needs 4 time the power of the base system, there are several emulators available to emulate several systems wich run fine. There is also retroarch available
TWLmenu++ uses the nds_bootsrap to run directly/nativ on the 3ds hardware (its not a emulator). So it uses the same emulators like on a ds to emulate other systems.
For gba games TWLmenu++ uses gba_runner2, wich is a hyperviser (no emulator) to talk with the 3ds system to use the hardware.
The perfect way to play gba games would be with open_agb.firm, wich is a bare_metal application wich talks directly to the 3DS builtin GBA hardware. It needs to be start at boot. If you inject them as vc, it would nearly the same.
For example mgba is a emulator.

I'm just gonna piggyback on this topic of DS games.
I am not really familiar with Twilight Menu / TWLMenu++ / whatever; never followed it and I'm not totally sure what it does. I mostly just play DS games from my physical collection, not roms. And I have an Acekard 2i just in case.
Does TWLMenu do anything with physical games, or just roms? And does it allow for cheats (similar to NitroHax) or taking screenshots in DS mode? And if any of those are "no", do you recommend anything else that could work?

@HelpTheWretched TWLmenu does nothing with game cartriges, only with flashcards. So it only uses roms. TWLmenu has a inbuilt cheatmenu like DS flashcards. Screenshots can be taken by the ingame menu like Rosalina. There is no other solution.

That's the worst possible way to play GBA games on the DS/3DS. I wouldn't recommend it.
What's a "Ohana" 3DS?
Also, nobody can help you on the matter because it's not exactly a system/ 3DS issue.. You are modding a game's data/ assets, better ask someone who worked in Pokémon USUM hacks/mods and ask them about how they changed the assets /values etc. and made them appear on the system correctly..
I don't think so.
Though you can dump your cartridges with GodMode9 or GM9i (DSi equivalent), so you can use them on TWilightMenu++..
Advantages with using TWilightMenu++ :
- You can swap /change saves easily than with a cartridge.
- There are wide-screen patches you can try.
- Cheats
Yes, for roms. No, for cartridges.
You can take screenshots in TwilightMenu++, but i think it's only limited to one (upper) screen..

So... Snickerstream... Is there anyway to make the picture bigger but also not as distorted? I want to stream my 3DS and it works well ( lag and FPS is great ) but when making it full screen, its so distorted and stretched and pixelated. Is there anything I can do? I just want to stream and/or have my wife be able to see it well when I put the picture on the TV for her.

Cool, cool. From what I've seen in emulators, the "main" screen is typically the bottom, but it can be switched.
