Hi ! I have a big problem. I actually try to hack my 3ds, and in the tuto they said "open godmode9 with pressing START + POWER"... But my button start IS BROKEN. Is there any other way to access to the godmode9 ??
.3ds files are outdated nowadays. You can convert them to .cia files if you want..
You would need either gateway flashcart or stargate flashcart for .3ds roms. and both are quite outdated and can be a pain to get set up properly.
Install fastboot. You can change the start and select buttons iirc.

I made a custom primal form for palkia and when I send it out in battle it does the usual red orb animation, and crashes mid animation

I think Rosalina's settings are saved on the config.bin that's on the Luma folder. So just delete it and it should get back to normal.
It says this on the Rosalina page on the Github:
