If I had a switch I would definitely make some. I would for the VIta if I didn't have an OLED vita. Overlays are bad for OLED displays.

I wouldn't be against it if someone wanted a commission, however I would have no way of knowing the dimensions for the switch without someone providing an example for me to see where everything fits.

Open your config in a text editor and ctrl+f search menu.png. It should show a line that points to menu.png. change that directory to what you have that as on you SD card.

for me it is "retroarch/assets/wallpaper/CurrentTheme/menu.png"

menu_wallpaper = "sdmc:/retroarch/assets/wallpapers/CurrentTheme/MENU.png"

This is all I see.

And in the menu retroarch settings what does it say? You have to enable it in the menu display settings also. Also dynamic wallpaper has to be selected as well as xmb.
