Gamecube probably because of it's large category both 1st party and 3rd party
I enjoyed my gamecube greatly but its library was not a patch on the PS2 nor for any same game on multiple systems really superior to the original xbox (some GC versions being better than the PS2 but same or worse than the xbox, give or take your fondness for Link in Soul Calibur).
To that end I would be looking at exclusives and while there are some nice things there (better than they managed for the Wii, Switch or 3ds from where I sit) that is still a reach, even more so if I compare to things from later generations.

Gamecube. I know the OP said not hacked and "one library" but Gameboy Player is an official expansion. Gamecube + GB/GBC/GBA in one box, without hacking ... that's a lotta.

I don't know if even on an exclusivity end that the GC really stands out on its own. That said even I can admit I have a bias given that a lot of the library the GC had simply did not appeal to me at all. (Even I think Sunshine was inferior to 64 in terms of Mario Platformer).

That also said, there was also issues with its own exclusivity plans, after all remember what happened with the planned "Capcom 5"?

3DS is the easy choice for me. Between Fire Emblem, Pokemon, and the general library I could happily bounce between stuff forever without getting bored. Even with no hacks it's just no contest for me.
