that I don't know. I think there's another underlying problem on your end. it's probably related to the vsh or vsh plugin. that would cause slowdown or slowness.

Not the slow down bug, no. Just the one that refuses to play certain PSP games for whatever reason.

I just tried the standalone ARK-4 on the PS Vita and not only it's not slow when loading my PSP games but I'm also not having the slowness issue I did when playing them on Adrenaline. I'll install it on the PS TV too and install ARK-4 on the PSP as well.

I installed it on my psp today. I had issues with black screen and powering off with infinity. I had to use chronoswitch to revert to ofw.

How did you install it, over PRO-C? When did those black screen issues occur? I don't know if it's worth it, then. I have Infinity and PRO-C. Also, does Chronoswitch have to be used to remove Infinity?

I don't get if ARK4.zip's VitaBubble's K.BIN and PBOOT.PBP should be used besides H.BIN in the PS Vita's case.

I think you need to install it on ofw. If you're on cfw, hold home at boot to boot into ofw. Use the installer for each cfw, then use infinity to switch between them. I have quadruple boot now. :D

It's so confusing. So, is it possible to install ARK-4 using Infinity but are/is PRO-C and/or LME needed too? But I only want to have permanent ARK-4, not PRO-C and/or LME too. If the PS button just as to be held at boot to run OFW, then why did you use Chronoswitch?

It seems PSP's ARK keeps the XMB unlike PS Vita's.

How can DLC be installed on the PSP? It seems some of it come as save data, which I find it odd.

This is very confusing. So, is it possible to install ARK using Infinity but one has to have Pro-C or LME too? But I only want to have permanent ARK-4 (and OFW, even though I only wanted to have Pro-CFW/ARK-4), not it with Pro-C or LME (triple boot) too. If one just has to hold the home button at boot to boot into OFW then why did you use Chromoswitch?

It looks like PSP's ARK-4 keeps the XMB unlike PS Vita's.
no, you can have as many or as few cfw installed as you want. I had to use chronoswitch, because I was getting a black screen and power off whenever I used infinity to change firmwares. ofw worked fine, so I wiped infinity and all other cfws, and I installed ofw. then, I reinstalled everything via ofw. I think that was the issue, either that, or there was something corrupted somewhere after installing infinity.

Maybe ARK-4 was the culprit? So, Infinity detects ARK-4, thus PRO-C and/or LME don't/doesn't need to be installed beforehand? Also, how can ARK-4 be booted and vice-versa while on PRO-C/LME?

you don't need the other cfw. I don't think you can not have ofw. it's probably meant to be a safeguard, because it's untouched.

I didn't even know OFW could be booted after installing Infinity. Anyway, what are the steps to only have permanent ARK-4? Install OFW, install ARK-4 next and then use Infinity?

yes, and then mark the cfw you want to boot by going back into infinity. it's the same for the other cfw. I knew you could boot into ofw, but I didn't know the button to press. I started testing buttons, and I eventually found it, home.

So, I just have to check ARK-4 on Infinity?

@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
