You need to copy all those files into the restore directory right there at the top of your picture and then inject Hekate and hit restore. Then simply remove your sd card and boot as normal and you will be back to stock.

Pay particular attention to the section about fuses. If your backup is really old you might have issues booting if the fuse checking algorithm believes you are downgrading.
also be aware that if yiu want to hack again you should start with a fresh backup and this time do an emunand partition.
I gave up with Xenoblade 3 and went here for help....
the thing is that before I dont know what I did before I got the problem is when I played Xenoblade 3 everything worked fine until maybe I updated the Atmosphere with sigpatches etc...now I keep getting an unable to start error...
I think ive tried everything but dont know what else to do...hope someone helps

im having problem playing new games on nintendo switch after i updated it to 14.1.2 im having ERROR 2124-0220 what should I do any Idea?I already updated atmosphere,bootloader same result? I tried using Linkalho or tinfoil same result, I hope someone can help me

What methods are you using to block Online connectivity to Nintendo? (90DN, exosphere, dns:mitm?)
I updated sigpatches after I update my switch 14.1.2 ,i have multiple accounts also,before updating my switch I can use Linkalho for linking account but after updating I can't use it anymore,even tinfoil , Im on 90DN

try to play the same non-working game with each of the different accounts.
If this is on emunand (not you main Sysnand) you could eliminate all but one account and reinstall the games using that one account and then linking it via linkhalo
also try in airplane mode (or even with networking completely off.)

I know zilch about hacking - are there Switch hacks that extend into the online sphere, which gives you advantages in, I dunno, games like Splatoon or Smash Ultimate?

If you mean offline, there are plenty of mods and hacks that could help noob players out. If you mean online, that's just asking for a ban. Online hackers don't exist in any game so your presumption is correct.

I remember vaguely reading a story online (could have been fake, though) about a console's online functionality being bricked just for hacking - Is that the case if you try to cheat online in the Nintendo Switch? Or are there other punishments? Just wondering!
Regardless of Nintendo's views on hacking, when you buy a console, it is still legally yours so Nintendo is not allowed to harm the functionality of it. Online however is a different story since it uses their servers and isn't tied to the console itself. There are also multiple types of bans but if you're going to cheat in an online game, you can either expect a full ban on all online services such as the eShop and Nintendo online or a game-only ban where you can still use the eShop and other online games but you're not allowed to go online with the game you cheated in.
A ban in this context means that your Switch will not be able to connect to any Nintendo services online, with the one exception being system updates. So no online multiplayer, no cloud saves, no eShop. You can still access anything else online that you could before, e.g. if you have a YouTube app you'll still be able to watch videos. Just nothing Nintendo.

rebooted with maintenance mode and still same issue
and I've installed the game 3 times with differents installs
