On some of my WiiWare games, the Wii crashes and displays Error 002. This has affected most of my WiiWare, and i can still use my other channels (Disc Channel, Mii Channel, etc).
However, some of my games do work, and the error 002 has affected at least one of my legitimate wii games too.
I am on 4.3e, BootMii as boot2 and ios, priiloader, etc. (I followed wii.guide) (console is a launch day model, and has been modchipped too)
I have tried searching for a solution prior to posting this, and i cannot find anything about error 002 on Wii channels.
Is there any way i can fix this?
(I did have another wii with some of the same games and they all worked fine (same 4.3e, but no modchip))

I will try to attach images later when im not busy.

Solution

Post a syscheck here.
Are these wads installed on the Wii's nand/sd card or on an Emunand?
Are these wads from the same region as your console?
Do you have "region free everything" enabled in Priiloader?
Are you launching these games from the home menu or a game loader?

They are on the wiis nand, the region free everything is enabled, i dont know the region but all of the games are from the same website, and they are running from my home menu. This has happened to Goldeneye 007 on a legitimate disc too.

I will run a syscheck and post the result later today.

Both syscheck files are in the zip folder.

It doesn't show everything, and why are 2 files there? Did you use the version i linked to above? Did you let check all the IOS/cIOSs? It should generate just one log file at the end.
It output 2 files, and i downloaded the version from the website you linked.
On the main screen i pressed "all" and let it run.

Then at the end select generate log file. And post it here.

No worries.. It looks fine other than "Homebrew Filter rev47 running on IOS58" Not sure what that is, or if it could something one should worry about.. I would ask @XFlak..
Anyway, about your issue, the Wii discs you were encountering this issue with you say they're original discs not burned, right?
I would try launching your Wiiware titles with USBLoaderGX, though the ones that are copied to the sd card won't appear.. Just test with 1 or 2 problematic ones.
I would suggest getting these wads from another source if they don't work. Also if you're installing out-of-region versions of games i would suggest installing the ones from your region instead. Unless it's something that's exclusive to a single region.

Ok, ill try USBLoaderGX, and the homebrew filter is basically another homebrew channel, just something i was messing around with.

Goldeneye is an official Wii disc, my burned games all work perfectly, and so do my other official disc games. It does work if i use wiiflow to launch it though.
thanks for your help, and i will reply with any developments.

do you have Force Disc Games to run under IOS249 enabled in Priiloader? i've heard that has caused error 002 for some people, but personally i haven't encountered any major issues with it. you could try turning that off to see if it helps. if that doesn't work, i suggest trying enabling Use system menu IOS, or just updating Priiloader.

I tried all of that, and still no luck.

Good news! USBLoaderGX and wiiflow lite can get my games working. I tried a few more things, but i am unable to get my wiiware to play correctly on the system menu.

hrmm, i wonder if it's an IOS issue. i assume when you're loading your broken games through USB Loaders, you're using a cIOS to load them. i've also heard about issues where an IOS breaks with no explanation.
perhaps you could tell me an example of a wiiware game that isn't working, that way i can check the IOS that game loads and see which IOS isn't working.

all of those use IOS56, except tetris party uses IOS35? which i guess makes sense, as IOS56 is known to be correlated with 002. i believe 002 happens when the game is using the wrong IOS though. personally i would try getting the latest IOS56 as a WAD from NUS Downloader and installing it, but i have no idea if that would work.

If i recall correctly, tetris party had a black screen instead of a blue screen. Don't know if that helps.
