Honestly imo sounds like you got scammed lmao. People can easily add non-steam games to their library so just because it's on steam doesn't mean it's worth much.
Not necessarily, as he didn't say exactly how he got this key.. And it doesn't mean he got it for that price, or even the 1/5 of what he says it's worth.. He's asking about its value so he could flip it..

The only steam key I'm after is a legit copy of Blur. I'm trying to buy a legit copy of it, but nobody will sell it to me. I hate that piracy of the game is the only way to play it. :/
Dont say that to loud. If you for example check regulary for cheap deals or good bundles on fanatical.com or humble bundle (also choise subscription), you will get that bunch of games faster then u might think.
