I would try a different Nintendont before I tried a different ISO.
I have had good luck with this version, though ymmv

Also, try booting the ISO directly from Nintendont (not from home menu).

There are resources on the website you found that, which you can use to convert that particular version into a "good iso"

Alternatively, seek something that does not contain "nkit".

i dont think it matters, you can choose whatever, the base only matters for vc injects mostly you can choose any base.
