IMO you will be just fine with just exosphere.ini and dns:mitm and can configure them following the link I posted above to do so.

No worries. Go back through the small number of steps and see which one you missed. It's in there.

make sure any files you've created don't have a double suffix (like hekate_ipl.ini.txt <-- should NOT have .txt)

I can't read it and type the commands for you. You will need to do this.

I'm certain these instructions are for Sysnand since they even mention: "SysNAND users"

Yes, I'm 100% sure you need to go through the steps one by one and check your work.

These instructions have worked for a huge chunk of people.

You can do this.

im 100% sure that i have done everything
i extracted everything of those files, add the fusee
created a file named hekate_ipl.ini inside of your /bootloader/ with the text
renamed the Hekate thing to payload.bin
created the file exophere.ini with the text
and i created the default file with the text
have i missed anything?

Boot your system and if it doesn’t work, please post screenshots of:

Hakate window
/ directory
/atmosphere/ directory
/bootloader/ directory
contents of /bootloader/hekate_ipl.ini

in computers, a / means a level so I'm asking for the first level of your card AKA / or the top or root level and for you to send a picture of that entire directory. repeat the same for the rest of the directories requested.

I didn't realize you were part of the 15% that doesn't speak English. What are the odds? No worries we're almost there. The last steps are easy.

So the last thing to check is to make sure you have a file called /bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin

Then when you are in Hekate (same place from the screenshot above) click the Launch Button and then look for Atmosphere CFW and click it.

You can add games with an installer. I see you have a few backups. You can navigate to them with one of the installer here:

Installers

Tinwoo — A nice installer for when you just want to install.
DBI — Capable feature filled and fast installer.
Goldleaf — The kitchen sink but it can also install games.
Tinfoil — Polished installer. Recommend the Self installing version.
Tinfoil — second location.

I help people do all sorts of things so I run them all. They each have a use case so you should try them out and see which one works for you. I would run through them in the order posted and feel free to stop when you find one that does everything you need. If you find yourself needing other features take a look further down the list.

Tinwoo will do just about everything you want to do so you may just stop there.
