can you please help me in a discord call?
Make the effort to go through the excellent guide provided and then come back with questions if you get stuck. Feel free to check out Switch Noob Paradise as well. Many questions have been asked and answered there already.

Free private tutoring on Discord steals possible solutions from being documented here on gbatemp. Plus you’ll understand more about what you’re doing and be able to fix your own issues in the future and who knows, maybe one day, you’ll be able to give back by helping others here on the site. Wins all around! :-)

Great. Let’s start there and identify the portions of the guide that are unclear so they can be fixed.

Which things can you not find?

I've only looked at the

How to migrate from SXOS to Atmosphere

page, and there's no problem finding any of the things needed, they're all linked cept the sigpatches, and there's a whole bunch of info about those being pulled and how one might still acquire them if one looks around the threads here.

Good luck.

Definitively you need to start by reading the section of the guide with the concepts:
https://rentry.org/Getting_Started

then once you know if you have a vulnerable switch or a chipped one, go to guides section (https://rentry.org/CFWGuides) and select the one you need:

https://rentry.org/mys8q

once you are on atmosphere, you can update your switch and your CFW following the guide: https://rentry.org/UpdateCFWAndFW at this moment you should been learning lot of your CFW and as tell by Binkinator, learning the concepts to understand what's is going on your console :D

Some people are not tech savvy, and would rather avoid anything too complicated for them. I know, my sister is like that. Maybe the OP is also suffering from this, and finds the task of installing new CFW on his console totally overwhelming. And yet, it's the concept of carrot on a stick here. If he doesn't bother to learn how to do it, he won't get the candy (a hacked Switch). Sometimes, it's worth doing something you don't like to reap the rewards after. Not to mention, you'll feel really proud of yourself when it's all done and working.

true. but when I tried the switch didn't turn on only when I removed the RCMclip it worked again and I'm afraid that I'm hurting the console

There’s nothing you could do to hurt the Switch by putting it into RCM mode using a jig.
It’s only dangerous trying it without a jig (and accidentally bridging pin 7 to ground*.)
* should say pin 4 to ground

I don’t see where the guide says to “open the SXOS menu”. Where are you reading that?

Think if you bridge pin 4 to ground thats a pretty bad time too.

As mentioned above, theres nothing dangerous about using an actual jig, I'm sure you could find people that have inserted them into their joycon rails hundreds of times and not caused damage.

https://rentry.org/SettingUpIncognito ok
I'm here and i can't find the "SD GPP Hekate" FILE TO CLICK ON IT
my system is sysnand

That’s a kinda convoluted way to blank out your Prodinfo and technically you only need exosphere.ini and dns:mitm located here to be safe. I don’t use Incognito personally because if you lose your backup you can be permanently bricked but many folks use it without any issues whatsoever. A more straightforward way to blank you Prodinfo is to inject Incognito_RCM. (It does exactly the same thing as what you’re looking to do.)
