Hey GBATemp and @EZ-Flash2, is https://www.ezflashomega.com an official (or reputable) seller? Because I've got no news on my order despite repeated contacts. I know my payment went through, and I've had no contact since the order date, seen below.

If this is a scam place, I'll just do a chargeback, but if it's not, I would appreciate some communication. Thank you.

I don't agree with such accusations.

He is not our direct distributor, but is under our direct distributor, in other words, we can't even contact them directly, all communication needs to go through our own distributor in North America.

The main reason is that ezflashomega.com uses the cheapest courier and has the audacity to accept global orders and does not update the status of the order even after it is shipped.

As for the latest update, I've added a note to our website's reseller listings at the end of this domain that "shipping may be extremely slow".

In addition, the latest news forwarded from our North American direct dealers
Also I talked to my customer and he is going to change his shipping method so all will have tracker number. I told him also to contact customers in case they did not get their package so we'll do that this week and next to confirm shipments arrival.

he will do this week and next week.

I'm glad there's been some progress. I'll try reaching out to them again, hopefully get the wheels turning on my own order.

It's not how slow things are that wound me up, it's the lack of updates when I messaged them.

I know why things are slow. I know that markets exist. (Among other things...) - it's the complete lack of correspondance that got me peeved.

I kinda created an account here because I'm also someone who ordered on that EZ Flash omega site and wanted to see updates on all the things related to the orders problem on that site.

With how sketchy both them and the ezflash team has been about this it wouldn’t surpass me if they haven’t had stock for a while and where just trying to hold out…which is fine and all but they need to be upfront about it

If ezflash team cared at all, they would remove this “seller” from their site and all product mentions for the foreseeable future

Maybe you can’t control what the seller does, but sending/advertising sales to them just encourages the behavior

I am writing from the web store. Please accept our apology for the delays in shipments. We were shipping out parcels but some were shipped without a tracking number and it has created too many problems especially when the postal services are already having issues and delays with deliveries. Especially for orders from specific countries. Also, as a secondary problem, the contact form on the website was there, but due to repeated spam attack on the server, the hosting company kept shutting down / pausing the outgoing email server. Each time we resolved it, the spammers attack again. We have fixed this now (thankfully) and are going through all of the order emails to which we already replied, but we don't know which customers actually received the reply or not. While this is a combination of issues, sadly, they both have been going on at the same time. When you receive a new reply from us, you will notice is no longer coming from @ezflash domain because of these issues. It was the only way we can correct this in case the spamming attacks start again.

Please accept my apologies. We are not here to take any customer money and delay shipments or packages because we appreciate any and all orders. I know there are many stores that you can purchase from, and you chose ours and it is our job to make sure you receive the best service possible.

I will do my best to help everyone directly here if possible, but to protect any and all customer data, please DO NOT send any order details or contact details in a public forum. Please send a private message here and if you have it, please send your order number. If you do not have your order number, please send your full name and the email address you used to place an order.

What we have been doing is re-sending any package which we can not show as delivered. We are here to help and to make sure this is resolved and everyone receives their orders. Anyone who has been affected, we will refund the shipping cost on your order for you because you should not have to pay for any shipping if the package is delayed or did not arrive.

We are thankful to the EZ Flash team to contact us to let us know of these issues. Believe it or not, we were not registered on this website.

Please allow me at least 12-24 hours to respond as we are also going through all the emails to respond once again to all customers there.

If you’ve known your site is prone to attacks why not implement cloud flare, and a captcha for your response form? Those two things alone should alleviate 99% of those issues

Clouldflare is also free

You shouldn’t need a new email registrar lol

If you’ve known your site is prone to attacks why not implement cloud flare, and a captcha for your response form? Those two things alone should alleviate 99% of those issues

That's a good idea. Mitigation techniques like that will save people like me from having to post publically to get what they paid for. (Which just arrived today, on the least patriotic day of the year! XP)

At least arrived! Did it arrived in good conditions? They told me that they are gonna send mine in the next re-stock that should be today... But I think it going to be tomorrow with all the 4th of July celebration.

EZFlashOmega-com said they'd use First Class shipping for the re-send, so I doubt there will be an issue with the package's condition going forward.

That said, I also hope N7Kopper's package arrived in good condition! Also surprised it arrived!

He is actually answering here on this forum, send a DM to this User @ezflashomega-com and you gonna have more chance to get an answer than on the site, give him the order number and probably he is going to check with address and all.

Basically the radio silence was produced by the hosting preventing possible spam attacks after the mass load of emails that came from the contact forms. That's why probably you didn't had an answer from them.

For the EZ Flash Omega Definitive Edition, they're expecting new stock sometime this week, so you may still have to wait a bit to receive your order (but hopefully nowhere near as long as we already have).
