I know you mean (that you lost interest in) the Poke games, but doesn't it feel like when you buy something from someone (80%), you want them to be a little passionate toward your interest? I imagine you want a store where you know your customers and they know you.
I had to TL;DR myself after this response became a blog, but if you try to sell a game to an undecided customer, having firsthand experience is usually crucial. To me, it seems cutting yourself off from Nintendo products would potentially cut into profits.
