Hello everyone,

sorry if this is an obvious question/issue. In past versions of Atmosphere I used to simply eject my microSD card which would trigger an error screen. I would then be able to connect my microsd card directly to my computer and add files to the card. I would then reinsert my micro SD card into the Switch and simply press the volume + button for the switch to reboot into emmunand directly from the error screen.

With the newer version of atmosphere (1.3.2) I can no longer do this. If I eject my micro SD card it now says "fatal error..." and says that I must press the power button. However, even if I reinsert my micro SD card and press the power button it send me back to my Realnand.

My question is the following: Is there a way to get back to emmunand directly from the error screen like before?

My set up uses Fusee.bin as a payload from atmosphere nx. I am also running the latest version of NYX but it is set up to load Fusee.bin immediately upon injection of the payload.

Dude uhm... you don't just eject your SD while the system is running like... don't. Better check it first for corruption.
Other than that, make sure your setup is correct, take a look here and pick what fits: https://rentry.org/CFWGuides

For file transfer while the system is running, you can use the MTP responder of DBI and connect your Switch with an USB cable.
Else you should reboot to hekate and transfer files via UMS (or just power it off before you take the SD out if you have to).

No, and you never should have been doing that in the first place. At any point in time something could have been writing to the SD card and by pulling it out you could have caused irreparable corruption, you've just gotten lucky it hasn't happened yet. You're also risking damaging the SD card slot by adding wear and tear on it with how you are deciding to transfer files. Ditch pulling the SD card out and look into using FTPD or UMS for file transfers instead. You are not supposed to pull out SD cards that have actively mounted file systems and bootloaders.
