Dude you are banned, Get a new FC seed. Google it and i am sure you will find it. Multiple people are giving you the solution. We can't share the seed here. Since that is agenst TOS. (Tip: DON'T DELETE you Local FC next time. Thats a ban flag for Nintendo and thats why you are banned now, Lucky for you. Its a 3DS/2DS system. it was a whole other story if it was a Nintendo Switch)

I suppose obvious hacking in multiplayer services would be a quick way to go about it. Either that or, if how OP got banned is anything to go by, killing off your FC Seed. Though I wouldn't know exactly how to do that. I use online services with MHXX despite not having that available outside of JP without much issue, so I always assumed it difficult to get sniped. Especially as the 3DS service reaches EoL.
