I am looking for oem joycons on eBay, and they all have oem in the title but then in the discretion they are saying they are oem quality, so I am not sure if they are true oem or just oem quality…
So does anyone know where can I find original oem joycons analog sticks?

OEM stand for: Original Equipment Manufacturer a short description is "the parts used on factory to build a thing".

The problem is: Nintendo uses ANYTHING they can get on market to assembly their Joy-Cons so almost any parts can be considered OEM, and there is no a list of OEM providers to Nintendo.

I do recommend to buy the kits with Sticks and other parts, and buy the ones with 4 sticks, I am using now the ones I buy for 20$ (4 stick, 2 metal lock, set o new screws and set of tools) and has been almost 1 year without problems nor drift. I did buy that package for my wife and my consoles, and the 4 of them are working like a Charm.

Do no try to buy "expensive ones" just because they could be OEM, think about: the original of Nintendo drift soon. so others cheaper could or no could drift but you didn't spend lot of money.

Do not forget to put some paper or thermal pad at the base of the sticks, that will avoid the drift for some time:

Got a whole bag of them on aliexpress, avg price is less than $1 per stick. Used them on several console/joycon repairs and they been working well so far. You have to re-calibrate them after replacing the original stick. However, there are 2 sticks out of 10 that can't be calibrated (the pointer just stays on the circle no matter where I push the stick), but at that price point I don't have much to complain about.

Here's a picture of the stick I bought, it has an H shape on the back with a circle in the center. Apparently there are many different types (some with hashtag mark, some with circle mark and some with H mark but without circle in center). Can't speak for everyone, but most drifting sticks I replaced have the H mark without circle in center, so maybe avoid that type.
