Thanks everyone, CIOS Sphagetti Priloader HAS BEEN SOLVED FIXED SOLUTION.

I am having errors installing priloader so I want to revert my ios back to totally basic and factory reset the wii and start over with homebrew or just fix it so it can follow the wii guides that are out there now without any more errors, here is my syslog interesting parts:

IOS16 (rev 54321): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, Flash Access, NAND Access
IOS35 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access
IOS36 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access
IOS58 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug, USB 2.0
IOS202[57] (rev 65535, Info: hermes-v5.0): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS222[38+37] (rev 4, Info: hermes-v4): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS223[38] (rev 4, Info: hermes-v4.0): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS236 (rev 54321): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, Beer Ticket
IOS249[37] (rev 21006, Info: d2x-v6): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[56] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS251[38] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access
IOS254 (rev 65281): BootMii

What do I need to delete/move/copy over/do to go back to basic?

I have d2x cIOS Installer if I need to use that...

Thank you all for helping!

Edit: SOLUTION IS to run SysCheck on the Wii, then use ModMii non skin version with SU command and drag drop the SysCheck.csv file to it and let it do it's thing, then copy stuff it makes to SD card then do WAD part of the guide FIRST, THEN do the priloader install. Dangerous, but it's the only way to get Priloader installed if you get the CIOS Sphagetti error.

Maybe by restoring a NAND backup prior to the modding.

Also I'm thinking to completely reinstall the OS on the Wii (110% risky and I don't know how)

I actually never had this question before regarding my own console, so probably there's a way I'm totally unaware of.

I got the Wii preowned so no NAND backup unfortunately.

From other peoples questions I need to use D2X CIOS to overwrite some of these IOS lines in the syslog but I don't know which ones...

Hello. Just woke up.

  • Install cIOS d2x in slot 245 with base IOS56.
  • Install cIOS d2x in slot 246 with base IOS38.
  • Install cIOS d2x in slot 247 with base IOS37.
  • Install cIOS d2x in slot 248 with base IOS57.
Have in mind that the Nintendo Wii is a very old console. So it will have connection issues if using On-Line methods.
You gotta keep trying if you're using this method.
Or you can do it offline.

it may be pointless to have two cios slots with the same base. those slots don't actually exist iirc, so they're modifying the ios base in question.

@pod950
https://wii.guide/cios

Yeah, better follow that guide.
Again, this is meant for On-line methods. If your Wii is failing to install cIOS or you get the "IOS IS A STUB!" message, it means it's failing to download the cIOS from wherever it's downloading them.
If you're pattient, keep trying.

Otherwise, use the offline method I told you earlier.

Can you post the entire syscheck file?
Are you having any problems with the Wii?
You should re-do the CIOSs like in the Wii.guide page above.

To be honest, I don't know man. That's the way I did it and it's working.
Let me check what Wii.guide says.
I think he's referring to the fact that OP already has base 37 in slot 249, and base 56 in slot 250. Which on its own can cause some complications, as slot 249 is using a very old d2x version and USB loaders will default to slot 249 if found, which might lead to compatibility issues unless they manually go and change it.
There's nothing particularly wrong with the setup you suggested, it doesn't include base 58 but only one game needs that and it's a fitness game that needs extra peripherals that not many people are likely to care about. It is a bit redundant though, and probably outdated advice, as nobody needs base 38 and base 37 (not a single game needs them AFAIK), but it still includes base 56 and 57 which are the important ones to have, they're just in kinda odd slots which may lead to some confusion later down the line.
