Found this on github: https://github.com/echojc/osu-ds

When I run make it compiles some .bin files and then I get this screen.

Some help will be appreciated.

Weird... It builds without issues for me, are you sure your devkitARM is up to date?

Adding -std=gnu++11 to the CXXFLAGS in your Makefile may fix it, though the fact that it's not working to begin with makes me think your devkitARM is probably outdated or something like that.

I've attached a build if you want as well:

Thanks! Now I just need to figure out how to add levels....

Edit: It seems that my devkitpro was old...I wouldn't though that a 2009 project will compile with the latest devkit.....

It was updated to the latest by @SkilLP in December 2021. For adding levels, I know he managed to get something working but iirc sliders were giving trouble, it was discussed in the DS⁽ⁱ⁾ Mode Hacking! Discord server.

That's not going to work, as it uses functions of a really old osu beta client. I was able to get my hands on the complete source code of said client though, so I can release the converter soon. But there are still a few bugs, as I also added a bunch of new features to the file format
Thanks! How the convertor will work?

You'll have to get an old osu client (which is easy), get my modified osu.exe, then use that to launch the client instead. Then there will be a button "Export to NDS", and a bunch of options to modify the output. Sadly, making a standalone converter is kinda out of the question for now. Also, for now it'd only work with really old osu maps, but even with old maps, some of the new features aren't quite working as intended.
We're getting there though
