I'm really unsure but I think this is indeed a ticket issue.

@EnHasSkill There are mutiple DLCs available. Please deinstall all of them. Then deinstall MK8 itself, too. Now delete the tickets for all of them - also for DLC you maybe tried in the past (skip what you can't find but I guess the issue is either a ticket left over from another DLC or even MK8 itself). After that install MK8 first, then the DLC you bought. Before installing any further DLCs: Check that the game works this way, please.

In case that won't work: Do you have any other games or stuff installed on the Wii U?

//EDIT: Note that DLC tickets stack up. So there will be just one ticket even if you have mutiple DLCs installed. And this is what I think we're seeing here: You tried some other DLC before buying the one in question, so the ticket from the legit one got merged with the unlegit. That's why you get this error and can't find the correct ticket. You need to remove the unlegit ticket before installing the DLC and that's what my steps above try to ensure. ;)
There is no DLC on the console, as for the solution you gave me , i can try it , i dont remember installing another DLC tho as maybe the previous owner maybe tried , yes i do have some games installed on it Minecraft , Wii Party U , Nintendo Land , other than that , theres nothing

@EnHasSkill So there was a previous owner? That's good to know and yea, maybe the previous owner messed the tickets up, so my recommendation is still to search and eliminate tickets of other MK8 DLCs before installing the legit one.

With the informations that there was a previous owner and only a few games installed: Your last way out would be to factory reset the console. In case you have important save data use https://github.com/Xpl0itU/savemii/releases/latest to back them up before / restore them after the reset. Note that this will disconnect all accounts through, so in case you're still using the account from the previous owner you might loose access to it, so also loose access to your eShop purchases! Also you will need to reformat your USB drive after that (that's why you should backup the saves even if the games are on USB). Also keep in mind that this is the most inversive method, so should really just be the last way to look at. Maybe others have ideas what else the problem could be (many pros don't look into GBATemp that often so maybe go to https://discordapp.com/invite/F2PKpEj - this Discord is meaned for developers, not for questions from users, but I think your question is so delicate, it fits more to dev then user oriented).

Yeah i get what you mean, i kinda want to avoid that factory reset thing but, there is no 0005000C titles on the tik2sd, theres normal stuff like updates and games i installed but theres also another thing installed on the Wii U that dosent figure in the title database ( 0005000b10151700 ) , im currently reinstalling the game , prior to that deleted game and update ticket , dlc title dosent figure still in tik2sd , maybe tik2sd cannot find the dlc itself because like you said , it maybe merged into another ticket

Tickets are stored at /storage_slc/rights/ticket/apps/ but I have no idea about the folder and file structure there, so no idea how to identify the file in question.

0005000b10151700 is not on the NUS, so I suspect it's a homebrew (maybe the homebrew launcher itself), so do not delete it.

//EDIT: Tickets are more messed up than expected: https://gbatemp.net/threads/error-105-3687-and-how-to-fix-it.451635/post-6893784

Then i do not know , maybe a tik2sd dump would help , i can assure you that theres no 0005000C tickets/titles on this console , ill backup everything on savemii then ill factory reset since it seems that it is a viable solution

Wait! Could you send me the tik2sd dump to examine it? I have one last idea but this is too complicated to explain, esp as I still need to research a tiny but of informations.
