I read the conversation and tried to do the solutions but this part didn't work very well. When I try to install the IOS it stops at the first step and then it says that it failed
I have no idea of what to do to solve this, so I was hoping you did.

installing cIOS from internet is not working anymore if you get the official data from Nintendo's servers (they are closed).
Either use ModMii or find a cIOs installer version which download IOS from a backup repository. (sorry I don't have these links yet, I'm sure @XFlak can help you)

Both modmii and wii.guide have been updated. For the d2x cios installer use wii.guide, for installing cios's in their wad form, use modmii, both will methods will result in the same cios installed at the end of the day
