I'm having a weird problem with one Game Boy Color that I own. The problem is that, in certain screens of games, the screen develops this dramatic problem of visual noise, in which horizontal lines randomly streak across the screen. It seems to happen on any screen that has large patches of solid color, especially dark colors. See video below:

I've never seen a GBC exhibit this behavior before. Of the multiple units I own, it's the only one to do this kind of thing. I have seen it on GB and black GB carts as well as the GBC carts demonstrated here.
Could anyone give insight on what this is and advice on how to resolve it? Thanks all.
