Hello, I am trying to extract a NSP switch game, my switch is currently unhacked so I am using my laptop to extract the game using a tool called nsp/nca to layered fs, the game is in nsp format. The thing is I am so new into the switch scene and my first attempt at trying to hack a switch game. The game is called Seven Pirates and the thing I am trying to achieve is get the script files of the game and import it to the vita version so it can have an english version. The games and files I have on my vita is already all decrypted, I just need help figuring out how the switch games to be properly decrypted. I am so sorry for a stupid question and I hope someone can enlighten me into this. This is also my first post at gbatemp and I am still figuring out how this site works. Thank you very much.

You need a set of switch keys (called keys.txt or prod.keys) that are the intellectual property of Nintendo. You will NEVER be able to find a copy on google.com.
