The following games have VR support :
  1. Zelda: breath of the Wild
  2. Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker
  3. Super Mario Odyssey
  4. Super Smash Bros.
  5. Spice & Wolf VR
  6. Labo VR
Just consider it fun to play these games in VR mode but the Switch screen doesn't have a resolution as high as the Oculus headsets so don't expect some awesome VR experience.
You can get a a Chinese VR headset for the Switch for $20~$30.
That is already a high price if you ask me.
Maybe try to get a secondhand Labo VR set for a few bucks on eBay to try it out.

Right, the resolution is pretty bad.

It's comparable to Google cardboard, except the quality will be even worse because I'm more than certain any phone that was tested with cardboard had a higher resolution than 720p.

I tried out BotW and Mario Odyssey. It was "neat", but this was also way before we had a Quest 2. I'm pretty sure if I showed it to the kids now they would be pretty unimpressed.

We might have used it once or twice after building the VR kit. Certainly not after the first couple of weeks.

I agree with your comment of finding the cheapest VR holder for the switch. There's a good reason it wasn't pushed further.

In fact I'd even go as far as recommending only the VR labo kit, just because of the extra time of putting the kit together. That might be equally, if not more fun, than actually using the VR headset.

I bought a knock-off cardboard headset from AliExpress for about 8 quid. It's alright, especially for the price, but I'd suggest getting one of the not-cardboard alternatives from the same site for better comfort. And it's worth the low price of entry for the novelty of playing around with the VR modes of the aforementioned games.

Oh yeah, and (if your Switch is hacked) you can set up a filter in Retroarch to play Virtual Boy games in 3D on the headset.
I realy hope if there one filter let me play all switch game by goggles/ filter can split all games
Can normal mobile VR headset do that? Mm

No.

The switch can't do that either.

Only virtual boy because the system was designed around stereoptic displays.

It's technically not a filter like how a CRT filter or scan line filters work. You can't just add a filter to make things 3d. It needs to be designed for it. It's why the list of supported games is so small, that's literally all of the games that use the feature.
