Everyone is familiar with the 16bit version of the Genesis, but the Master System version was sort of quickly forgotten and buried due to the superior 16bit version. However, the Genesis games are not the same as the Master System, rather they're their own thing.
I played the Remake Edition (I prefer to call it the "Mania" Edition) by João Araya on PS4 and I absolutely loved it. There was stuff I didn't really like the water levels, but that's not really his fault, it's how Sega developed the game to be.

In this Remake Edition we get to play as other characters of the Sonic universe and that's really neat.
