My games are all hosted on an FTP server. The "green" line indicates I've download the game on the Vita, the red bar indicates that its not downloaded. And that's just the Scroll View, not the Grid View.
Do you not know of this feature? Here's a video I made.

Ok, I kinda fix my problem by going in settings in Adrenaline and resetting it (not the settings in Adrenaline Launcher). Also theres a problem with the plugin settings in vita launcher where if I delete a plugin from the settings it removes the line in the game.txt file and was wondering if you fix that.
Thats still a problem tho, especially when it changes a file when you didn't meant to. Theres another problem I have. I had two Brave Fencer Musashi eboots with different icons and I still have the other icon even tho I deleted the game.
Then how can I enable/disable plugin if I don't modify game.txt?
Physically removing the game will not automatically update vita-launcher since I keep separate record of the games in a cache db. To remove from vita-launcher, selected the game you want to remove and go to actions and selected "Hide selected game".
The custom Adrenaline Launcher, I went into Adrenaline and just set it to Bilinear and that works. I can change the settings for psp games but if I change it for ps1 it won't save.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
