Is there a list of what spawns on each of the distortion zones? I only have a few left and it's so painful.

Also do we know exactly what causes them to trigger yet? I remeber seeing some stuff about catching Mon and a day/night cycle helps but idk

in the same boat... i just need two pokemon and they are in distortions. Iv been playing for 5 hours and still nothing.

Its near the pearl clans little village closer to the top look on the map for small bodies of water
