GPU driver detects GPU Crash on vita Also had some problem with sd2vita after I installed the persona 4 golden undub via the repatch plugin but deleted that seems to be working like normal atm my main concern is the gpu driver issue

It's really nothing as far as I can tell. I get it once in a great while on both my PSTV and Vita OLED. I'm pretty certain it's caused by a shortage of video memory or something similar because it only happens to me when using VHBB or Red Squirrels Custom Themes app.
