Thank you, I can't find anything on "UJ" chip search, I think its a Transistor or Mosfet?
But I have limited knowledge.

Hi,
It's transistor for sure, as it is marked as "Q" on PCB. Mosfet is a type of transistors.
This block looks like an output part of DC-DC convertor. I mean transistor, coil, schottky diode.
