Horizon is essentially Sony's Zelda so I hope they stay strong with this IP rather than being forgotten or canceled.
Its nothing close to zelda, and it will be a title that will phase out.
Its not Nintendo where we recycle the same shit since 1985.
Breath of the wild was a piss poor attempt at doing an open world game, to think nintendo couldn't be arsed to release a new zelda title since the gamecube.....
Breath of the wild was clearly handed over to fanboy critics to give it its perfect score....
But where the fuck was the story, story driven missions, ive seen and played many open world games and this just socks the fat constipated turd right out of my ass.
I am a fan of zelda games, if you minis the early crap Phillips cd version, this is hands down the worse zedla game period.... and I dont give two shits if nintendo fans are upset by my opinion.
Don't sit there and enforce yours as facts and demand I am wrong.
I found it very tiresome having to run aimlessly in the hope to find another repetitive shrine, repeat until you gain enough orbs to level up and able to fight Ganton..... who in fact is a bag of piss to defeat, yet normal enemies kick your ass.
Flawed battle system and enemy AI....
The list goes on but I won't, I just know nintendo been lazy yet again by recycling this game again by adding by magic new areas and levels that weren't in the first game.
Just jumping on the cash cow bandwagon after its paid for fans critic reviews gave it such a perfect score, they'll use this as a means to get more sheep to buy the next installation.
Give it to its fanboy critics that will no doubt have a review like "if you thought breath of the wild was good, wait until you get your hands on this", "this zelda game takes a masterpiece and goes one step further", "pure perfection as expected from nintendont" or something along the lines of that.
And I bet, no doubt, it will be just the same game, with what you'd class as dlc content adding extra missions and new levels.
But fuck knows how, when you literally have had to run aimlessly through the games entire map.
Me, I got bored way before that and decided, fuck it, boring now, lets fight Gannon, and so I did with only 12 hearts.
So no, sony won't be milking this like nintendo do with all its recycled IPS, sony will see its had its time, and now its time to move on.
Thats why they don't recycle crash bandicoot, or tomb raider as its main game, then moved to ratchet and clank, uncharted, last of us, days gone.
They dont milk the same old title, they introduce many.
But God forbid if the rumor is true that they want a remake/rolling of the last of us 1, then im out, the game doesn't need a remake.
Unless its a new story during that time frame, the story to what caused the outbreak and the gap between Joel's daughter been killed and his journey to been cut off and leading upto when he meets Ellie.
But if its going to be the same game but with prettier graphics then its a no, that what nintendont is for, same shit, prettier graphics.
