~We started this project from scratch and are NOT associated
with any previous medarot 9 teams.

Installation:
Option 1 -> Using LumaFS

## STEP 1

1. Place the GAME romfs files into the /luma/titles/ on your SD card
Note: Game titleIDs are 16 characters long and start with 00040000
Medabee Ver. - 0004000000174E00
Rokusho Ver. - 0004000000174F00

## STEP 2
2. Replace the UPDATE romfs files. This need to be installed with the update cia.


Note:
LumaFS will ONLY work for the BASE GAME files.
YOU MUST INSTALL CIA WITH UPDATE ROMFS.


Follow this LumaFS Guide if your having issues.

Option 2 -> Using Cia

Decrypt then Extract CIA file
Replace files with in the romfs + exefs
Rebuild and install

we used this list for easy reference and we are aware that the names aren't accurate

(Hoping to fix this and expand on some of the vague details if possible at a later time)

how much u plan on translating? probably not story just stuff so its playable right?

Yes, we are translating what is needed for it to be playable. There are so many different factors that need priority in the first place that the story is unnecessary right now.

Quests are planned so there is more guidance on where the story leads you, although the story itself is most likely wont be touched.

We just started the translation a few days ago, we dont have a set time for a final release.

Nice to see this coming along again! Any idea what % of story was translated? I last tried it and it was only up to first battle basically, but this was months ago!

Our project is not assciated with any other medarot 9 releases. My husband and I started this project from scratch, as we do with all of our projects. We dont usually do stories, we tackle the important aspects to make the game as playable as possible for anyone.

ahh, their is a japanese user who did most menus and part of the story, figured this was related. my bad, nevermind/

The only project I know that has some story, the menus are broken while being very incomplete. That project didnt have enough to offer or navigate to enjoy the game.

Please do not neglect the story, i got stuck with the last translation because i had no clue what to do, i literally talked to every NPC and i couldn't leave the school. I have all the time in the world so i can wait forever, but please give it a shot!

Thanks for doing this and sharing it! Are you taking into account the previous medabots rpg for gba and the terms used there? I noticed "Fill" is used as a stat for the medabots and I'm not sure if that corresponds to "Charge" from the aformentioned gba game.

yes, but with the given space we have to work with we cannot just use any word.

Endure is now End
Evade is now Eva
(These changes where so the battle options all looked similar)

Fill/Filling is now Heat/Heating
(as it's suppose to be)
Heating during an action and cooling is after an action
