This game is much better than an average Shinobi to me.
(in particular the gg ones)
It reminds me of the excellent Ninja Gaiden games.

I asked this in the EURO version's thread but is this game like Bionic Commando on NES or GB (notice the grappling hook)? I still haven't tried it yet.

No, it's not..You can jump normally as well as use the grappling hook.
BTW I've tried both shinobi and ninja cop and i think ninja cop is what shinobi should've been..But that's just my own opinion.. Incidentally, has anyone got past the airport boss on the 2nd difficulty level? I think there's another stage after that
