The files are easy enough to get to. I was poking around the site and noticed this root folder doesn't seem to be linked to anywhere else on the site.They are at https://dcemulation.org/files/, with probably the most interesting in the "needed/" and "pctools/" folders. Admittedly, these probably aren't of much interest to many people except those that are obsessed with archiving like me. Also, there's a surprising amount of emulators in "emulators/" folder. Have fun!
