ROM Hack Discussion Animal crossing transfer tool error after transfer

Wanted to start a Discussion on my problem in hopes that it will be solved but if I can get this working right it opens up so much more stuff for me and anyone who did not know about this,
So I transferred my save from my non hacked switch lite to my banned big switch that I have hacked I put some items on it with my hacked switch transferred it back and this is were the scary stuff happened I got error code:2219-4301 I was thinking man I got a non hacked switch banned but seemed like everything worked online but that game so I was thinking Nintendo banned me from just Animal crossing witch would have been a new one too me since I don't think they ban you for just one game so after calling Nintendo (man they were a big help) They told me the save I transferred on the (ebay switch I got online for cheap 0_0) they told me that error code means the Nintendo Account is not set to the correct country to the save file that I transferred over to my switch lite they told me to transfer it back start a new game and take what I wanted off of it that way it was an easy fix well I don't want to start all over since I wanted my save I worked my ass off one made to were it will work online so you guys know anyway to fix this and yes before you ask I did start a new game to see if I can get online with the game and yes I can but not on the save I try and transfer back.

Send back your save to your banned switch (if you dont have a copy)
Make a copy with jksv(if you already have it then skip this steps)

Send your backup to pc and use nhse to extract map and flags files
Delete any normal save of ac on your banned switch
Make a new game same on the normal switch until you can save
Transfer to moded switch
Use jksv to make a backup
Send to nhse and inject map files, flags and whatever you want
Send back to switch and restore save
Use transfer tool and send back to normal switch.

what do you mean when you say extract your flag map and flag file? cant find that option in nhse

also when you say inject map files and stuff, is there an option or so? sorry, new into this

For flags on the third page its the flag button.
And for the map on map editor you can dump acres, terrain acres, buildings and other map file

So what i need to do is create a new save into the modded switch, save and backup with jksv, transfer to PC, open nhse, inject the map, flags and the island already built like the mod save i backed up before following your first step (if i understand this should "copy" the island and "swap" it with the previous one) then saving into nhse, transfer the save back to modded switch, restore with jksv. booting cfw-sysnand in aereo mode (no network and acnh installed into clean stock-sysnand) boot jksv, restore mod nhse save (device tab in jksv), then turn off the switch, boot it back into clean-sysnand (mod save should be ok right?) Then using transfer tool to transfer my island to clean unmoddable switch 2019 edition using local transfer island mode, and then I should play online. Please tell me if i miss something and sorry again I'm really new into cfw scene. Have a good day sir

im following that steps, i will report back with news in a few, thank you for helping, really appreciate

EDIT: tried out but i really cant figure out how to dump villagers and stuff, it creates the file but when im about to restore i see no files into explorer, only figure out how to restore island buildings and terrrain, i cant restore villagers. i think this is really too much complicated for a newbie like me
