How to remove game update notification?

I have game that not want it to be update, just for speedrun purpose
everytime I launch the game it shows notification about download update
I want to remove it to prevent selectting the download accidently
My CFW is atmosphere
I see there' s someone says remove require version or something
is it the same as goldleaf' s "reset launch version"?
AND IF IT WILL BAN MY SWITCH IF I DO THAT?
because I still want to play online

Update it via tinfoil shops as there isn't a way to remove the notification

if the game is on a incognito'd emunand then use tinfoil reset required version feature, otherwise you cant fix it else be banned.
