Hacking 3ds ban in 2021 ?

Hello everyone,

My old 2ds is back on track and I'd to Know if a ban can still be expected using wireless gaming and cia installation with luma ?
I know there were ban waves some time ago but what about now ?

Bans are pretty rare on 3ds now, just don't cheat online

It's pretty safe nowadays, though it's recommended to not do any funky stuff online (mods/hacks/trainers whatever..) just to be safe.

The 3DS probably won't support online play for much longer anyway. Go wild.

Question is, with the latest mods and guides avail, can you unban a banned 3ds if it happens?

I sometimes go online time to time on my cfw 3ds

depends on the type of ban. certain ones can be worked around. others no.

I'd still take some precaution like disabling info sharing, but banwaves have gotten progressively rarer.
