So I turn my Wii on one afternoon and go to fceugx and I get an error that says something along the lines of Error: Too Many Files. I then go to the Homebrew Channel and notice that at least half of the apps I had installed were no longer there. I then open up WiiXplorer file manager and go to the apps folder and same thing here... half of the apps I had installed are not there.

You have DarkCorp installed, which is ill advised. It's only real use is playing backup discs from the disc channel. You must have installed this after the hbc, as the hackmii installer would have refused to run unless it finds a clean IOS. Your hbc is running off of ios61 instead of 58, but both of these are currently patched on your console.

I suggest you use Modmii's syscheck updater wizard, just drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do.

All that being said, your issue is probably unrelated to the above, it sounds more like data corruption or something going on. What does it look like when you plug the device into your PC? Same thing?

Hello,

Didn't you accidentally ( inadvertently) delete some apps?

as said @XFlak data corruption, maybe.

if you no longer see some of your applications on your SD card, try to save as much as possible on your PC and format your SD card again and put the applications back
