Posted this same exact post before but because I'm getting no responses nor views, I'm assuming it's because I forgot to add a prefix to the post.

Anyways, I'm not sure exactly how it's bricked but I'm guessing it has something to do with homebrewing the vWii itself and trying to add Wii virtual console games in the vWii, and then trying to clear the SLCCPMT and tried fix mode. Now, vWii doesn't launch at all and if I try, my TV screen turns permanently black while my Wii U gamepad screen just takes me straight back to the Wii U menu. Any effort of help would be greatly appreciated by me, considering how utterly useless YouTube is for me right now trying to find tutorials on how to unbrick or fix vWii for Wii U.

Did you backup your NAND? That would be helpful in a worst case scenario.

I’d suggest you check https://wiiu.hacks.guide/#/recover-vwii-ioses-channels or the other articles there.

(also, don’t follow video guides on youtube for hacking consoles and such. they can be outdated and could cause things to be worse)
Unfortunately no on the vWii backup part. Am I gonna have to completely factory reset or format my Wii U system entirely?

Well in that case try the link I sent, if that doesn’t work there isn’t much I can help with.

If you get the vWii fixed it would be a very good idea to run a full wii u nand backup.

Looks like I'm really screwed then because not even Aggressive mode on decaffeinator fixed anything.

Also, did you hack your wii u with Mocha / Haxchi / CBHC?
Honestly, I really don't know because it's been over a year since I last hacked my Wii U. I have the Haxchi app on my Wii U menu for me to access the homebrew channel with but there is a Mocha CFW on the homebrew channel that I can enable.

Do you get a “Autobooting” text when you boot up the wii u? If not, you can try to format the wii u (but keep in mind it’ll reset alk the data, you can obviously redownload eshop stuff).

Ok then if you need to you can format the wii u. Just wanted to check so you don’t permanantly brick it (but keep in mind it’ll reset all the data if you format, you can obviously redownload eshop stuff but all wii, wii u, and save data will be gone forever unless backed up to usb.)

Before I do that, is there a way for me to back up all of my Gamecube VC-injected games and all the Wii U virtual console games and Wii U games(that aren't purchased and are all downloaded from Wii U USB Helper) so I don't have to go through all the hassle to reinstall everything again?

I think you could back them up / move the games to a USB probably

was that before or after the vwii wouldn’t boot?
That was before the vWii couldn't boot. I did that because before the vWii couldn't boot at all, I had issues trying to play Wiii or GC VC-injected games and trying to use the vWii menu because it keeps giving me this message saying that my Wii System memory is full(after hacking the vWii itself and trying to add Wii virtual console games in vWii) and just takes me straight to the vWii data management(won't even let me go back to the Wii U menu at that point unless I power off the system completely) and deleted as much as I could, only for the blocks open to stay at 0 so I went to vWii Nand Restorer to see if that will fix the Wii System Memory issue, only to make the problem even worse for myself.
