I bought a second-hand dstt card. It almost always stucked on loading screen, only once it opened (with empty game folder). I tried two different SD cards, and format them many times.
I downloaded the firmware from ndstt.net

Are you sure it is an original (and therefore very old) dstt card?
The specifications you gave are not sufficient to identify your flashcart. Is the label still legible? What website is your flashcart associated with? If you can post a front/back photo, someone will be able to help you more easily.

I wasn't able to reach the website but I'll try again. But this software actually worked for 3 times while I was testing, but there wasn't a game in it. In every I said ok it's working let's try with game it stopped working, then I realized when take out and put again the sd card it stops working.

Could it be a problem about the sd card?

So that software was working before you copied a game to the microSD ....very strange.
Are you sure you haven't deleted or modified any firmware files?
Is the microSD identified by the PC? It is not damaged or corrupted? If it worked before and now it is not damaged, I would not format it yet.
Try to insert the microSD into the card several times (contact issue). Or try to overwrite the same firmware you used and that worked before, without deleting the previous one.

Unfortunately I already deleted the files, and formatted the microSD. Bu all three times were new formatted. And like I said last I didn't even copied a game, I just removed the microSD (not the DSTT) and put it back.

This time it worked with games. I don't know why but when I do same steps it works:
1. Format the microSD with a different formatter than the windows'
2. Put the firmware
3. Insert the microSD to DSL and it won't work.
4. Format the microSD with windows
5. Copy the firmware again
6. Put back to DSL and it works
But if I remove the microSD again it stops working.
