just a FYI, All N64 games will use this same directory, meaning you need to ensure the cheats are turned off by default, if not when you launch another game it will alter the memory value for whatever is activated and can cause all sorts of issues / crashes when playing another game,

I think it supposed to be 0011ACB1 if your locking it at 3 hearts.

A few notes. I just turn on all button activator codes and play. I don't use the non button activator codes.
Its safe to press whatever even if you don't have the items/bottles there are checks in place.

Must have a magic bar to refill it otherwise won't do anything.
Must have bottle 1 to use the bottle 1 mod code otherwise won't do anything.
Must have Item 1 to use Item 1 mod code otherwise won't do anything.
Must have Item 2 to use Item 2 mod code otherwise won't do anything.
For the all equipiment there are checks in place and greyed items will become useable once Link become an Adult.
Equipment Upgrades are the golden scale, giant's wallet, golden gauntlets, biggest ammo bags, quiver etc...
For the non button activator codes you only need to toggle them on and then turn off. Personally I don't use them.
